parkpilot is an Intelligent Parking System that digitalizes parking lot management using image recognition and deep learning technologies. it is also a mobile application that allows individual users who are using parkpilot member parking lots to find the most suitable parking place in the easiest way.
How long does the system setup take?
varies according to the size and structure of the parking area. the average installation time is 10-15 working days.
Is there a free demo option ? If there is, how can I get one?
you can try the parkpilot Smart Parking System free of charge for 15 days in 2 available areas. for your demo requests, you can send an email to demo@parkpilot.co or fill out the demo request form.
What's the price? How are the payments made?
Smart Parking System and mobile application subscription fees for institutions vary according to the features added, requests of the institution and the size of the parking area. payments are received as a monthly membership.
I don't have a camera in my parking lot, but can I still be a member of parkpilot? Can I take part in the mobile application?
yes, a mobile application subscription option is available even without installing a Smart Parking System, i.e. without the need for cameras. you can enter the occupancy status of your parking lot into the system manually and take part in our mobile application.
Are the cameras in my parking lot sufficient or are the angles suitable? How can I find out?
you can send an e-mail to info@parkpilot.co for your parking area to be examined and for us to create a plan in this regard.
What kind of information can we share in the profile page which is specific to institutions in the mobile application?
you can introduce your institution to your customers by sharing the opening and closing hours of your parking lot, parking fees, services you provide, special rules for your parking lot, etc.
I have a small parking lot, I don't want a Smart Parking System. Can I only subscribe to the mobile application?
yes, mobile application subscription option is available even without installing the Smart Parking System. you can enter the occupancy status of your parking lot into the system manually and take part in our mobile application.
Are you storing the camera images used to determine the occupancy? Are they shared with third parties?
images taken to determine the availability are not stocked, used for other purposes, or shared with third parties.
Will I make any payments as a mobile application user?
no, our mobile application is free for users.
Can I see all the parking lots in the cities on the mobile application?
unfortunately no. in the mobile application, you can only see parkpilot member parking lots.
